International recording artist, a singer/songwriter and children's entertainer who combines singing and sign language.

Gaia is a high energy singer, producer, author, songwriter, and Emmy Award winning TV and recording artist for children who combines upbeat songs and sign language. She received an Emmy Award for her on-camera performance in her TV Special, "Sing 'n Sign For Fun with Gaia." Gaia also received an Emmy for "Sing, Dance 'n Sign". Her books and original recordings on video and CD have garnered many awards including Parents' Choice, Early Childhood Directors' Choice, and many more.

Gaia has been featured on PBS, CNN, WGN-TV and The Learning Channel. She is a frequent keynote speaker to teachers' associations such as the Association for Education of Young Children (AEYC) and her KidSign Club has attracted thousands of young members nationwide. She has been taking her 'live' show on the road since 1992, performing her special brand of fun for children at festivals and in concert at special events all over the North American continent. Gaia frequently teams up with Jonalee Folerzynski "Jonnie". Jonnie is a talented actress and director in her own right, which is quite an achievement considering she is deaf.

For Youth:
Gaia's programs for youth are 100% interactive.... featuring brain-stimulating, heart-opening, character-building messages in song with sign language that encourage creative expression in language arts and music.

SONGS FOR CHARACTER - SIGNS OF RESPECT: Gaia's most popular interactive assembly or concert using sign language with upbeat original songs. This program reinforces the Character Counts values and emphasizes that "Every Kid Counts."  All children get involved learning signs for key lyrics with positive messages.  Adaptable PreK-Grade 6.

SING 'N SIGN STORYTIME: A program for PreK-Grade 2 that uses stories, songs and sign language to enhance language skils and encourage a love of reading.

SING 'N SIGN HOLIDAY TIME: This multi-cultural, festive program provides a secular and respectful way to understand and celebrate the winter holidays of Christmas, Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah by singing and signing popular songs of the season.
